Interested in bringing your group to an event at the Tennessee Theatre? Complete the form below!
Our Box Office can help with group seating, and group discounts are offered on select shows. Group sales are generally reserved for groups of 10 or more.
Please note that a 25% deposit is required to reserve your seats once availability is confirmed. Group Sales will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please begin the process by completing the Group Sales Form. If you are requesting group ticket for any of our upcoming Broadway season shows, please complete the 2025-2026 Broadway Group Sales Form. You will be contacted in the order in which your request is received. Please note that tickets are subject to availability and seating assignments will be at the discretion of the Group Sales Coordinator, based on the information provided in your form.

Group FAQs
How many tickets need to be ordered to receive a group discount?
Group minimums vary per show, however 10 is our standard. As some shows require higher minimums, please see the information on each show for more information.
Don't See A Show Listed?
Fill out our Group Sales Form and select "Other / Not Listed", then let us know your group size. If you don't know your final group size, you can always change it before submitting payment (see the FAQ about Group Sizes below).

Can you adjust group size?
You can adjust your order and drop seats before you make your final payment. Not sure of your final numbers? Reserve a few more than you think you might need, and you can drop seats later. Have a last-minute addition to your group? Give us a call and we can add on seats for your order (subject to availability). If something isn’t available right next to your group, we will find seats nearby.
Is there a deposit required to reserve group sales tickets?
There is a 25% nonrefundable deposit due at the time we hold your groups seats.
What do I do once I receive my group tickets invoice?
If you need to make any corrections to your invoice, please do so within 48 hours. You will need to pay your deposit of 25% within 10 business days of receiving the invoice.
When is payment due in full?
Most tours require payment in full one month prior to the date of the show. Payments in full may become due in full prior to that date at the discretion of the tour. We will contact your group directly with that information.
When/how will I receive the tickets for my group?
As of January 1, 2025, tickets to events at the Tennessee Theatre are digital and can be accessed through a mobile device via Account Manager. This is to improve security, reduce the risk of ticket fraud, and offer added convenience, such ticket transferring. You can learn more about how to access your digital tickets and transfer tickets to individual members of your group here.
Tickets are only held at will call upon request via the Group Sales Form. They can be picked up the night of the show or they can be picked up in advance at our Box Office on Clinch Ave. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.
If paper tickets are picked up prior to day of show, and any are lost/misplaced, we will NOT be able to replace them and you will need to access your tickets digitally via the Tennessee Theatre Account Manager.
When does my group need to arrive at the performance?
Plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. The performances begin promptly at the time listed on the tickets: groups arriving late will be seated at an appropriate time after the start of the show.
Is accessible or special needs seating available?
Yes, special needs seating is available. Please let us know when you fill out the Group Sales Form in the Additional Notes section at the bottom. Our Group Sales Cooridinator will reach if we have further questions.
