No. All subscribers must purchase all shows within the package.

Because of extended load-in and set-up requirements, the first performance of WICKED will be on Wednesday, January 10. To keep subscription nights consistent, Tuesday subscribers will be seated on Tuesday, January 16, during the second week of performances. Your seats will be in the same location as those for other titles in the season. If you would like to exchange to another performance, see the details for exchanges below.

You must first renew your existing subscription. Then, complete and submit the online form at tennesseetheatre.com/relocation by Friday, May 12. Requests will be processed based on order of receipt, so submit your form as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but they are subject to availability.

The Tennessee Theatre Box Office Staff will be happy to assist you, either in person or by phone during regular business hours.

NEW THIS SEASON: due to the increased volume of season subscribers, all subscription tickets will be delivered digitally free of charge. If you require your tickets to be printed, you will be charged a fee, and the tickets will be held at Will Call for pickup. If you require your printed tickets to be mailed, you will be charged an additional fee. Digital tickets for subscribers will be available in mid-October and will be held in your Broadway Account Manager, accessible via our website (not via the Ticketmaster app). Will Call tickets can be picked up during regular business hours beginning one week prior to the engagement, or on the day of a show beginning one hour before showtime. You will be able to pick up your entire season’s worth of printed tickets at once.

Digital tickets for subscribers will be available in mid-October and will be held in your Broadway Account Manager, accessible via our website (not via the Ticketmaster app). You can transfer your digital tickets to others, but they must have a Ticketmaster account to receive them. The transferred tickets will appear in their Broadway Account Manager (not in the Ticketmaster app).

Subscribers can purchase additional tickets to any of the shows beginning Monday, August 7. Because we sell subscription seats before single tickets, it is unlikely you will be able to purchase additional tickets located near your existing seats.

Please note: single tickets for WICKED will be made available for delivery approximately two months before the performance.

NEW THIS SEASON: due to the increased volume of season subscribers, beginning September 5, you may exchange tickets free of charge once per title and up until the Friday before opening night of the performance week. Additional exchanges for the same title or exchanges during the performance week(s) will be charged an additional fee per occurrence. All exchanges, whether for digital or printed tickets, must be processed by the Box Office during regular business hours. Exchanges of digital tickets can be completed at the time of the request. Exchanges of printed tickets require the original physical tickets to be returned to the Theatre Box Office before the exchange process can begin.

Yes. Beginning Monday, August 7, you can purchase blocks of tickets to any of the performances in the season. Some titles offer a group discount off the individual ticket price, and some have a higher minimum number of tickets required to purchase. Group sales requests are received via a form on our website and fulfilled by the Box Office Staff. Full payment must be received 30 days before the performance. Some limitations and restrictions apply, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates our policies.

We believe the arts provide an open door for difficult conversations by exploring topics and themes that affect the human condition and social norms. We hope these subjects encourage thought and conversation to allow us to recognize and acknowledge these issues through awareness, empathy, understanding, and compassion. Unlike movies, live entertainment such as Broadway productions do not have a standard content rating system. Sometimes the content of a live event could be considered inappropriate or unsuitable for children under 18. In fact, some content can be challenging or offensive to people of any age. Many resources exist online to provide more information about shows and events, and this information may help you make your own decision as to whether you would enjoy the performance. As personal tastes vary widely, we strongly advise that you conduct your own research before you purchase tickets to any Tennessee Theatre event. All ticket sales are final.

Subscription prices vary depending on seating location and performance date. Prices start at $490 per subscription, which includes all six titles. There is a $35 service fee per subscription order. See below for location and pricing information.
