Yes, but because we sell subscription seats before individual seats, it is unlikely you will be able to purchase additional tickets near your existing seats. We will do our best to seat additional tickets as close to you as possible, but we cannot guarantee availability or proximity. Please note that HAMILTON has a strict limit on the total number of tickets sold per person. See HAMILTON FAQs on following page.
Whether you have digital or printed tickets, the best way to exchange is to contact the Tennessee Theatre Box Office. We can guide you through the process of exchanging your tickets for a different performance of the same title. Our Box Office team is available to serve you Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm. Call 865-684-1200 x2 to begin the exchange process. Please note that subscribers may not exchange their HAMILTON tickets after October 14. See HAMILTON FAQs for more information.
Yes. Beginning July 18, you can purchase a minimum of 10 tickets to most performances in the season and receive a discount off the single ticket price (discounts not available for DEAR EVAN HANSEN and HAMILTON). Group sales must be processed in person or by phone through our Box Office and must be paid for in full with a single payment method. Some limitations and restrictions apply, and we reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our policies.
Unlike movies, live entertainment such as Broadway productions do not have a standard content rating system. Sometimes the content of a live event can be considered inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable for children under 18. In fact, some content can be challenging or offensive to people of any age. Many resources exist online to provide more information about shows and events, and this information may help you make your own decision as to whether you would enjoy the performance. As personal tastes vary widely, we strongly advise that you conduct your own research before purchasing tickets to any Tennessee Theatre event. All ticket sales are final.
