Communications & Development Manager

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Communications & Development Manager will coordinate all marketing, public relations and fundraising activites of the Historic Tennessee Theatre Foundation (HTTF), a non profit organization located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Part-Time Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and interpreting clear and concise financial reports that monitor performance against established financial and operating goals and objectives for the Historic Tennessee Theatre Foundation (HTTF), a nonprofit organization located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule during regular business hours not to exceed 20 hours per week.

Ushers are an integral part of the Tennessee Theatre experience.  

Our staff consists of 50 part-time ushers, and are hired on an as needed basis.  Usher applicants must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment in the United States.  A neat appearance and good communication skills are imperative.  Each usher is required to complete the Usher Orientation Class prior to ushering.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help us promote the many concerts and performing arts events at the Tennessee Theatre. Event promotion is a major cornerstone in the Theatre’s continued success. 

Duties include hanging posters, staffing a booth at community events, handbilling at shows, and good, old-fashioned, word-of-mouth marketing.  It is a great, easy and fun way to support the historic Tennessee Theatre.
